"When my current audiologists office just closed up shop with no warning, I had no way of obtaining my medical records, or getting info about my warranty on my current aides, as both were in bad shape after only 3 years. I had gone to SEVERAL different audiologists office, and no one would help me! Since my hearing loss is "profound" I literally live in them. The only time they are not in my ears is when I am in the shower. I happened to see this office on my way back from another provider that wouldn't help me, so I stopped just to see if they could? Not only did they take me in immediately, they tried to fix them. When that wasn't possible, they looked up my warranty information by the serial numbers on each aid, and offered to send them out to be fixed, even though they didn't take my insurance, since they were still under warranty! I got one back last week, and I can actually hear BETTER out of it than I could when it was new! They then sent the other one out to be repaired that day, since I could only send out one at a time. I cannot recommend them enough! They not only went above and beyond, they even answered a lot of questions I had always had about my my hearing loss, (which was very sudden) and spent so much time time explaining things to me that I had never known! Everyone I encountered from the receptionists to two different audiologists, were absolutely AMAZING! I am so grateful I found them, and can't wait to get my other aid back. This is truly the BEST I have heard since losing my hearing almost 30 years ago!"
