"On Saturday July 20, 2024, we visited the Park Service Coffee restaurant located at 19 Russell Street in Columbus, Ohio. Unfortunately, we encountered a distressing experience when the woman working there denied us access to the bathroom with our 3-year-old child. Her behavior was not only unaccommodating but also unfriendly and mean-spirited. Furthermore, we perceived her actions as discriminatory and racist towards us, particularly towards our young child. Although we had made a purchase, she refused to provide us with the bathroom code. However, the register attendant did ultimately provide us with the code. We are deeply disappointed in the manner in which we were treated and hope that the restaurant will take steps to address this incident and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity."
"They know specialty coffee! Pour over game is strong and quality drip coffee and espresso bar. Baked goods are tasty (and vegan). Can get busy and a little slow, but that's to be expected for quality. Love the vibe in the shop...cool 2nd floor seating."
