"Dr Z is a misunderstood medical expert. He is a very busy man with a very large patient load. Is he the most congenial person? No not even close. Does he had the bedside manner of a surgeon? Absolutely! He is however completely focused on the care you need. I too have gotten the anger responses from him. But I don’t go there for a friend. I go to Dr Z because he’s the one that fixed me. Down 60 pounds! Blood pressure medicine has been reduced! A1C is plummeting! Will he anger me again? Hell yeah! Will I let my feelings decide my medical decisions? Hell no!"

"I wish there was an option for no star. This practice does not deserve any star. I highly agree with all the low rating here. I wish I read the reviews before I saw him. Staff: Pam is the horrible person I have met so far. She does not listen to what I have to say she just wants to get her message out and end the conversation. I was given an appointment on Fed 15th, 3pm and I called the office to confirm. Pam was so rude when I called and made suggestions on how I should manage my appointments so that it saves them one ph call. They charged me $35 for Feb 15th appointment and did not see me because they were over booked for that time and day. Customer service in this practice is the worst. Not worth the money & time. Dr. Zangeneh: His treatment is very racially biased, he thinks all brown people eat lot of carbs (rice). As everyone mentioned he does not listen to you. He did my blood work and based on blood work there is NO evidence of A1C or diabetics but he prescribed me to take Metformin 750mg and Pioglitazone Hydrochloride 15mg. This caused more issues for me. I am looking for options to see how I can take this to next level so that others don't suffer from his treatment. He also gives you a list for pharmacies and clinic you should use for medication and blood work but not sure if he gets any benefit from it. Overall please don't waste your time and money on this practice. The doc and staff (Pam) are unprofessional."
