"I purchased my husband a head stone around July 3 rd 23 of course they want the money up front, here it is Dec 8 th and still no stone. When I paid cash on the 3 rd. They don’t care. The cemetery did their part but Kurtz hasn’t ."

They are trying to capitalize on a horribly painful time of loss and mourning to attempt to take your money for a product that, often times, you don't even need. How incredibly rude and insensitive to target grieving families."
