"Let me preface by saying I’ve donated with CSL, BioLife and Grifols. I have also worked alongside drug reps from all of these companies as well as built plasmapheresis machines. They make you set an appointment time which is fine. BUT every single time I’ve come to donate in the past month, there has been a long bed wait. Today my appointment was at 10:35 and it’s currently almost 11:20. I haven’t been put in the bed, or hooked up so I can’t imagine I will be started until at the very least an hour past my appointment time. The one woman at the front is always looking to pick a fight with people like a child. (not me personally but every time I’ve been here she gets on someone) Today will be my last donation and then I’ll be returning to CSL Plasma."

"-10 stars!!! There will be NO next time. The staff is incompetent. 3 different times I paid for a Uber and when I arrived was turned away. I don't know why I was not notified prior to my appointment that I might not be able to donate and I would of not taken a Uber. That was money I would of spent on food for my children. I had no problem donating in Florida in the last 5 months. I was told I would be reimbursed for my Uber and still have not been. It is very unprofessional."

"The wait time was horrible. Sometimes its Over an hour and a half wait. I donated 7 times and it has left ugly scars on my arm that looks like track marks now. Which I'm now self conscious about. It takes me over an hour to get to the closest plasma center so for me it's just not worth it but maybe for somebody who lives closer and doesn't mind the scarring it would be good for them"

"All of the staff are very friendly and professional. But Brehanna, who did my physical was one of the most pleasant, upbeat, energetic people I’ve ever met. She made the physical such an easy and fun process that I asked for a way to leave a review just to brag about her! Her personality is amazing & I just hope she gets acknowledged for making my day and entire experience so wonderful! ❤️"

"I know this isn’t as bad as some of the other peoples bruises on here but I’ve been going here for over a year, this is the second time I’ve had this happen to me because I got stuck with Brandi inserting the needle in my arm and blood starting to come out and she said it was normal and wiped it off and it happened again so I had to get someone else to switch to another arm.. I give this place a 5 star because the staff is very friendly and all my experiences are always good except those two times. I really recommend going to Dorian, Quinn, or jerm! They’re the best"
