"I didn't see a mound!!"
"Most of the trails had too much tall brush and water to get thru and it's impossible to tell where the Mound actually is...definitely disappointed with the upkeep of these insanely important ancient sites. We did find most of the path next to the creek walkable as well as the abandoned paved Bridge road. Very easy access to the creek for walking or kayaking. 1 port a potty and 2 good sized parking areas as well as pup friendly. Does anyone know anything about these stairs??"
"I didn't enjoy this hike. All young trees, ugly understory, and the path was very overgrown, making it impossible to avoid tall grass and dense vegetation, a habitat favorable to deer ticks. I also didn't like the fact that the location of the Indian mounds is not available in any park map. There are so many better parks to check out in the area."
"Rugged little park, I can't hike like I used to but I do enjoy nature still. Especially as the fall season comes in. I have seen reviews that the path is a good one mile creekside trip if you stick to the path. Enjoy!"
