"I was told the appointment wouldn’t be more than an hour, I arrived early to fill out paperwork. 3 girls working in the office, seemed no one really knew what they were doing, how to use the software, get into their emails. They had to text other employees to figure out how to get someone’s lab results. After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour I left, without being seen. Unprofessional, unorganized."
