"Was disappointed that Not many Animals were out in their habitats where you could see them."

"Great experience. Staff were helpful and had no complaints. Recommend getting the wrist band for $10 to do all the extras if you have kids. It saves money in the long run. Kids had a good time even with limits on what they could do with COVID-19. Staff were constantly cleaning and that did make waits long for stuff like the train ride but overall things were easy and no real waits."

"First time actually going to the zoo here in Columbus. I will say it’s more walking then seeing the animals. The prices are high witch I think is okay being that a lot of places are expensive. The animals seem very unhappy. Animals that are known for running and are very active. Are kept in small areas. I think they can improve that. Actually coming to this zoo really made me very upset for the animals. I’m not sure if other zoo animals in other places are sad like the Columbus zoo but it was very unexpected and very hard to see. I did like that when I went they had cartoon characters there for my daughter to take pictures with and we didn’t have to pay for that. But I did get the rest band and I feel like we should have gotten that half off bc the Zambezi bay wasn’t open and besides the pony rides the rest bands were worthless and I will they would have at lest told me it was pointless. I did go to the Cleveland zoo where they did allow you to walk close to the giraffes (not touch) but with this zoo the close It off so some people who pay can fed the giraffes. I was a little disappointed with that also. So yes I will go to the water park but no, I will not support the zoo. The animals were just too sad to see again."

"As always, a great experience and helpful staff to make your day enjoyable! The animals were active and the helpful staff ready to help fill you in with what is new. Lots of animal babies too."

"Beautiful Zoo! I generally only go to the zoo for Wildlights every winter. This was my first time back in almost 10 years. I had no idea the African Safari existed. It was breathtaking and worth the adult admission-I will be purchasing a zoo pass moving forward. Hang out by The Watering Hole to experience all sorts of animals. It seemed the food carts weren't fully staffed for the Memorial Day weekend traffic, so long lines for drinks and food in the humid, sunny days we have in Ohio. Can't wait to go back, feed giraffes and see the kangaroos."
