"I would NEVER deal with Rome Monument ever again. Do to a salesman named Chris. Because of a sibling and a Half - Brother went behind my back, when I was unable to be there. They should have waited till the 3 of us where all available, to go in. When I to my Father site, one day to the cemetery. A grounds keeper, Came up to me and ask what was going on. Because a 3 foot foundation was poured right up against my Fathers base. That was placed there 16 years before my Mothers passing. When I found this out. I went directly to Rome Monument to see what was going on. I spoke to a very nice lady, who asked me if she could help. I gave her my name, and explained about the foundation that I saw at the Cemetery. That day. She said that Chris wrote it up and I would have to speak to him. But he was busy right then. I said, I would wait till he was done. Chris was Very RUDE right from the beginning with me. This salesman Chris that was selling to my sibling and Half - Brother, A 7 foot Base. That would be put down.. And that they would REMOVE the 4 foot Base. That sat under under my Father 3 foot Headstone for 16 years in that cemetery. He was going to have them place two 3 foot Headstones on a 7 foot Base. That would be 4 inches on each side and 4 inches between the two Headstones. When I asked, Chris what was the cost of all this. Chris said, Rudely back at me. The 7 foot Base and 3 foot Headstone, Was much more than the other 3 foot Headstone and 4 foot Base that was Purchased 16 years ago. This salesman Chris, Told me I had NO Rights to this information. This is the way a sibling is treated after a Mother passing away."
