"It was to be a Grand Opening today but of all thing offered in there add I only found one thing. Everything was out of stock. Construction was still under way. Why does Safrans not have ground beef in Rochester? I have to go to Tusca store to get that. Love the store and the staff just don't get the Grand opening thing."
