"Got a 1/2 toast beef and some fried mushrooms. Haven't been here in years. Glad to know a good thing has not changed!"

"We purchased a few whole subs today & the bread was awful… not fresh, crumbly & falling apart like it had been frozen. Sandwiches did not have much flavor at all. Your bread has always been a key part of a good sub, very disappointed the quality went downhill"

"This place has gone horribly down hill. The only good redeeming quality is has is that the sandwich is great. On our latest trip, we ordered a giant sub and fries to share. We waited over 25 minutes for our food. Our fries had been left out, so they were cold. Luckily we dined in so we could send them back for fresh ones. We won’t be returning. This isn’t the sandwich factory we remember."

"I grew up on Sandwich Factory in Boardman. The one thing we could always count on was consistency. I hadn't had it in about a year, and today I was craving it. Sadly today was a different experience from what i've always been used to. They were pretty busy when i came in. There was no line, but I was told "be right with you." No problem! I waited patiently. A line gathered behind me while we waited. When a woman finally made her way up to the register, she looked at the line and then rolled her eyes. I know you're stressed and busy, but no need for the attitude. Unprofessional. The wait for the food was expected for a busy place. No problem. I got a half #7 and a side of Onion Rings. I've pretty much gotten this order my whole life. And I've always raved about the onion rings. The sandwich was standard - no problems. The onion rings were in an oil-drenched bag and the bag was only about a 1/4 full with crumbs and bits of onion rings. I wish i could say i was joking. It was about two inches of onion crumbs in a slimy bag. I'm not one to complain about portions, but this was comical. They used to give much more in an order. For reference, the bag was even rolled up at the top to hide the empty bag. I decided to bring it up and simply ask them "Are these the onion rings?" after thinking about the $4.25 i payed for them. They shrugged and yelled to "drop a new onion ring." She then explained to me that "the fried mushrooms, onion rings, and cheese are all weighed out to 4oz and they need to break them up to do so". Odd. Maybe don't advertise them as Onion Rings if they aren't actually going to be that. Hell, i'd eat them broken, i don't care. The amount for the price was the main issue. My new bag was the same amount of food, but this time it actually contained two whole onion rings, and two small broken pieces. Wish i took a photo of the original bag. Attached is the new bag. They used to atleast fill the bag which would probably be 7-10 rings. So just know that if you get onion rings now, you're paying $4.25 for 2.5 onion rings, all broken up."
