"This makes the 3 rd tume my order was messed up. I drive far daily stop here frequently so I dnt check my food before hitting the road. Ask for no cheese and surprise got extra cheese and I ordered a bowl and got a burrito. Next day same order and they just slopped my food in a bowl didn’t cut up any chicken or sausage.In 15 years of going to chic fila this location needs to focus on quality management instead of rushing ordered out the door."
"I was there with my grandchildren (5 yrs and 6 yrs). Chick-fil-A employees are always polite but these employees went above and beyond. They brought hats and stickers to the table for the kids and they came by multiple times to make sure everything was ok and see if we needed anything. When we were leaving, I was parked next to an employee who was getting off shift. She got in her car and waited until I had both kids strapped into their seats (I'm very slow with this) and were safely out of the way before she backed out of her space. Common courtesy that you don't see much of these days."
"This is a great Chick Fil A. Tons of unique seating, space outside, and the drive thru and parking is the best thought out I have seen. Excellent!"
"The Austintown Chick-fil-a is always a great place to stop. They are relatively fast as the service, and food is always hot and delishous. They are friendly, and if they accidently mess up, they go above and beyond to fix it. They are also super nice to my son. I would always recommend this one."
"The fact that I order DoorDash while I’m working and receive the wrong drink and contacted chick fil a because of the sticker ig being wrong is a joke. They told me they can’t do anything even though it is chick fil as fault. I have never had an issue at boardman but austintown… seriously? And she was so rude on the phone. Austintown CFA what are you doing? Train your employees the right way to do orders and talk to customers. As you can tell by the pictures they’re mistake and they won’t do anything about it? So wrong."
