"I had placed a pick up order and my car broke down. I needed to cancel my order but technical support wouldn’t refund my order even though I never made it to the restaurant to pick up my order. I am out $25 and they gave me a $5 coupon. This is the last time I deal with them."

"They only gave my dasher a sprite and then refused to remake my order for me, when I said I would pick it up because he “didn’t want to take a lost” when indeed he is taking a lost because I am now getting a refund. Terrible service. I guess the food would be as average as every Popeyes ..I wouldn’t know. I DIDNT RECIEVE MY ORDER"
"there's been I cup of pee in the bathroom for 3 days this is by far the most disgusting place I've ever eaten at. I feel ashamed that I ordered food from here. I used to love Popeyes."
