"Restaurant was sparkling the employees greeted us with a hello, welcome to Jimmy John's. They were very polite and patient and listened to how we wanted our subs made and they made suggestions for veggies and condiments. After we paid for the subs they thanked us and invited us to come back again. When we got home and unwrapped the subs all the veggies and condiments were on my sub and not the wrapper they tasted excellent and the meat to bread ratio was even. I highly recommend Jimmy John's for subs."

"The first time we ate at this particular restaurant it was very good. I ordered the Tuscan Italian Wrap with mayo, no oil & vinegar, no oregano and basil. I enjoyed the wrap!! So today we decided to eat there again. My boyfriend ordered a different sandwich and I decided to order the Tuscan Italian Wrap again. I enjoyed it so well the first time I wanted it again. I even ordered it the exact same way, with mayo, no oil & vinegar and no oregano & basil. We left and went home. I opened my wrap to find only 1 piece of each meat and 2 pieces of cheese on the wrap along with the mayo. There were no vegetables (lettuce and tomato). I was extremely disappointed and drove back to the restaurant for a refund. Liam tried apologizing about the mess up then he lied to me and said the money would be back on your card in 2 days. I said, “He paid with a card?” Liam said, “Yes.” I said, “Ok, I will let him know.” First of all, Ed never pays for food at any restaurant with his card! When I got home I told Ed the money will be on your card in 2 days. Ed said, “ When do I ever pay with a card at any restaurant?!?!” So both of us went back down and Liam again gave us the same song and dance. Ed asked him, “How do you expect to stay in business when you pull this kind of stunt? Other words were said between Ed and Liam… My point is, how can you trust someone who is supposed to be of management (owner) and he doesn’t pay attention to the customers order and lies about how you pay for your order??? Poor service at its best!!! To say the least, We will NOT be eating at Jimmy John’s Steubenville restaurant again!! And check your order before you leave the restaurant!"

"What a tightly run ship! Very friendly staff. Sandwich meat portions were awesome. The sandwich I ordered was pretty much done before I even ordered it. The Manager Liam is an extremely hard worker and has the place very clean and well managed. Happy to see a place in Steubenville with great food and great service."
