"I walked into the store and there was just a circle of girls all talking in the middle of the store ( later realized they were the staff oddly enough) that were talking about how if someone comes in at a certain time they won’t let them try clothes on and that it made them stay until 6:30 instead of 6 and how they won’t help customer if there is a chance they would leave a minute late. Which I get not wanting to stay late but there should be other staff members to help them. When I found something to try on I had to squeeze past them to even get to a changing room. Not until I came back from changing did they split up from their circle to folding clothes or being at the register. I ended up finding what I needed from your store similar on Amazon."
"This Aerie store seems to follow around people of certain ethnic backgrounds. Instead of someone asking me if they could help me, I was followed around the store. Perhaps some diversity training might be helpful.The bras appear cheaply made and overpriced. Will not return."
