"I recently brought a friend and we sat at the bar, she ordered a calzone and i a personal pizza.. the Calzone was cold and the cheese not melted, and she asked the bartender to please have it heated. 20 minutes later it came back and had obviously been microwaved and was soggy and limp. Disgusting to say the least, I got my pizza but didn't want eat it till she had another Calzone made from scratch which took another 20 min and by then my pizza was cold... I asked her to heat it back up and she reluctantly took it back to the kitchen... once she brought it back out to me another 15 minutes gone by.. she did remove the original Calzone from the bill, but there was no "I'm sorry for the inconvenience or thank you"... we were very surprised at being ignored by the bartender when it came time to pay the bill. Not very good customer service at all, and I usual recommend this place, but may think twice!"

"My partner and I disagreed significantly on Just Pizelles. She really liked the shop and staff and the "pizzelles" themselves. She thought they were pretty and nicely decorated. While she had concerns over price, the overall feeling was positive. I respectfully disagree. The offered product might have been a cookie, pastry, or sweet but it was not a pizzelle. Not in size, shape, taste or texture. Rachel Ray may love these but I don't. They lacked the crispness and texture of real pizzelles. The novelty of a candy apple flavor got old fast. I agree that the shop is cute, the vendors friendly and the product over-priced. So four stars is for doing what you are doing. I just wish you didn't call them pizzelles . They aren't."
