"This is a note to chic fil a that after a few failed attempts at giving feedback w out a receipt I gave up on. We'll here you go! When you design a restaurant with one goal, jamming the whole town thru 200 Sq ft with no regard for their comfort, it's obvious money is king at chic fil a Not the customer. Too small, tight, confusing, clusterf. Your restaurants are understaffed, poorly equipped. Not enough fryers or staff because you put money ahead of the customers needs. McDonalds gets it. That's why you'll never beat them. The service. Top down management no excuses ACCOUNTABILITY, real professional service. Customer is king. Not at chic fil a. Rude, condescending, apparently overwhelmed easily, under equipped for the level of business. That's at every chic fil a. Cheap Styrofoam cups? No regard for earth as well. It may be a great chicken sandwich, IMHO it's not worth the wait. And your service is bottom shelf. The worst. Canton, Boardman, Youngstown all 3 carbon copies of each other. I've run restaurants, real ones. Not fast food garbage. Full service. Instead of following the lead of McDs, you went cheap in the wrong areas. Tiny bldg and lot poor design, ever been to McDonald's? Big parking lots, they know seniors are where the money is. Ease of access. Social awareness. Woke. You... Tiny kitchen, not enough equipment,staff or even room to fix it. Poor service is... slow service topped with excuses why. Too busy, too busy. No, overwhelmed because your system is flawed. Money is king at chic fil a, not the customer. You don't get it! Sadly you use people's faith against them to fill your own pockets. Congratulations"

"This location is always spotless and super clean. The inside is nice and I like the upgraded look. The manager, Riley, was friendly and made sure we got our order quickly. There was an older gentleman and I didn’t catch his name but he was AMAZING. He was so sweet by reminding me to play the game in the app for a free reward brownie. He had a smile on his face and you can tell he is a hard worker. I wish I could recall his name. Even while getting my drinks he was asking about my day and was so friendly. I will continue to come to this location over the other local ones because of the great customer service their employees provide. I see others complaining about the cost of meals. While Chick-fil-A isn’t the cheapest, their food and customer service are well worth the prices!"

"good store but the past few times i have went, i get a sweet tea and they have put either no ice or little to no ice when i didn’t ask for that. i want my tea to be cold and it has been warm and tasted bitter the last few times. i was very dissatisfied"

"Great place .... went for some chicken minis (one of my all time fav food items ever ) and we were pleasantly surprized ...while we were sitting in the drive thru ... a worker came out and gave our two sons a cool little plush cow toy ...and were very nice to us . The owner was also there and outside talking to people ... deff a very friendly wonderfull staff . And this is a much better location"
