"I’ve been with Kitchen Abz for about 3 and a half months. To date I have lost over 47 pounds! I am a 50 year old woman 2 years into menopause & I was hopeless & stuck until I discovered Kitchen Abz. Not only have I lost weight but I feel a thousand times better! It has been life changing for me. The food is delicious. I have yet to come across something that I don’t like. I’ve always struggled with dieting & meal prep. This is an absolute game changer. It is budget friendly & I feel like I save money because I’m not making impulse purchases because I barely have to go to the grocery store! I save time, money & no food waste. I pick my food up on Sunday & it takes me a total of 15 minutes to drive there, get my food & back home. And the customer service is top notch! Tom goes way above & beyond to help his customers. He spent an hour with me at his gym just to help me learn which exercises I should be doing. He did not charge for his time & there was zero pressure to join the gym. I wish I could give 10 stars! Keep up the excellent work guys!"
"I have tried so many different diet and food prep programs and this by far has the best tasting food and the lowest pricing. Also the customer service is awesome. Thomas really takes time to figure out your needs and customizes your food to your needs. I have had a lot of health problems in the past and have a very restricted diet due to medical conditions and he easily adapted the meals to my needs and checked in on me regularly. If you are on the fence just give it a try, you won't regret it!"
