"Had a mobile order with 3 drinks, walked in to get it to head to work. I asked for a drink carrier 5 times, all employees ignored me until one came over with an attitude saying "We didnt know you wanted one". 3 drinks. How am i supposed to carry 3 drinks plus other things."

"I usually go here a lot but I’m starting to rethink my decision, I usually get a Carmel ice coffee but it tastes disgusting recently it tastes bland with no sugar or no cream in it. I usually finish my drinks but I don’t anymore. The only reason I give it a 2 star is because the donuts and the food is good."
"Can we please get standard procedures for making drinks? I can go to any starbucks and it will always taste the same. I can go to this dunkin (or any dunkin)every day 10 days straight at the same time each day and it will be a different taste each time. Also, please, please stop stacking frosted donuts on top of each other in a bag and then shoving napkins on top of them. If I wanted a maple strawberry donut, I would ask for that. Chocolate frosted on top and vanilla on the bottom is not what I asked for. Please use a box. Thank you."
"For the majority of the time they’re great and quick , there was a couple times I had an issue though. I usually just get a drink and maybe a donut for myself. There was a time I ordered donuts in the morning through drive-thru because my grandma wanted me to get donuts for her and the blonde woman there working day-shift gave me an attitude because of how many I ordered. She told me “next time, go inside if you’re going to order that many donuts”. Well, they weren’t for me anyway and it’s not like you’re cooking them fresh so it shouldn’t take much longer to prepare the order. No one told me I had to go inside after a certain amount of donuts was ordered, I don’t even know what the exact donut-threshold would be!! it’s not like I was ordering the whole store! But her bad attitude was as if I was!"
