"The worst experience I have ever had. I went to the doctor office for my mother in law as a translator. Because of his Indian accent i don't understand what he was trying to say. That time he was so rude. He was saying if you are translator you should know everything. He acts like he is my teacher or boss. The doctor needs to learn how to talk to the patients. We don't go there for free. If anyone read your comment they will know how poor minded you are and a very good fighter. Don't waste your time here. Go and see your patients and make more money."

"Been coming here for about a year maybe a little over so it seems really weird to me that this place has 4.7 rating. In the last week alone I’ve made over 8 calls just to schedule an appointment with Laurie. Nobody ever answers the phones! It’s pretty much leave your name & number and be lucky if you get a call back. Anyway after those 8 calls finally got an appointment scheduled for today at 2:45pm yay!!!!! I joined the call waited 30 minutes just for nobody there to even join. Ugh!!!!!! I Tried to call the office 5 times after to reschedule but guess what? Leave your name and number. Based off previous comments I’m sure you’ll reply maybe even delete this but instead you should probably use the time and hire someone to actually answer your phones. I’d also like to mention the ridiculous amount of tests this office has either done or tried to refer me to do without properly evaluating me or contacting me to discuss results. The first thing they’ll always suggest is a test and the last thing they’ll ever say is how much you’ll owe! Know your rights and your insurance before you come here and maybe you’ll have the 4.7 experience. I get waiting is expected in the office but my first visit I waited over 3 hours to be seen and nearly waited the same during my last in person appointment. Your patients have lives and jobs tooo!!!! Stop scheduling for money and start scheduling for quality of care. Leaving a comment to try to help the next person as I wish I would have came to the comments first!!!"

"I have been coming here for over 5 years because Dr. Verma and staff are attentive, compassionate and thorough. I am never rushed where I forget what I need to say like a lot of Docters. Their goal is the same as mine to make life more managanle through medicine and proper care."
