"Ordered from this new location yesterday for the first and last time. They did not bring us everything we paid for and ordered. They didn’t bring the coke or the garlic sauces. I called and they brought back the coke but not the sauces. Hard pass on this one."

"After more research it ALL started making sense. Due to my discust with this "New" Domino's Pizza location I researched their corporate headquarters to make a complaint. Come to find out they are headquartered in a foreign country. So this explains everything I needed to know about why my experiences have been so terrible! Never again will I order from Domino's and I would suggest nobody else does either! Domino's Pizza India, Tower-D, Plot No. 5, 5th Floor, Logix Techno Park, Sector 127, Noida - 201304, U.P. Everytime I call this location they just disconnect my call! They do not even answer before they hang up on me. Why open a pizza shop that doesn't want to take orders? First of all I received a flyer in the mail saying this new location delivered to Fredonia, PA but their website will not allow me to order even though I live in Fredonia, PA. So the only way to place an order is by calling the location and talking to a human being working in this location. But you may need to spend 45 minutes to an hour calling repeatedly(because normally your just immediately hung up on) to hopefully not be hung up on so you can finally place an order! Terrible customer service! I would not recommend patronizing with this Domino's location or with the Domino's company at all!"

"I live in Lake Latonka and never got any food delivered here before. My pizza was delivered within half an hour of ordering. Pizza tastes delicious."

"This new location in Mercer, PA is going to have to do a lot better if it wants to get my ongoing business. As a new customer here, I tried the take out “new” New York Style” large 3 topping pizza. This was arguably the worse pizza I have ever had. When I got home, I was so annoyed, I almost drove back in town to request a refund. The pizza was nothing like a NY Style Pizza. Skimpiest toppings I’ve ever had on a pizza. Three tiny dices of green pepper, mushroom, and onion on each slice. RIPOFF! The “Large” was actually more like a medium. Sauce was minimal & dry. Again, skimpy on the cheese. Worst crust EVER! Not crisp - was soft/undercooked - akin to cardboard in taste and texture. The slices weren’t even cut properly. Some almost twice the size of others. Worst pizza ever. Manager take notice! Wish I thought of taking a picture. My dogs liked it."
