"I am a frequent customer at this Subway. Their hours state they are open until 10pm but I’ve now gone in twice right before 8pm and they’ve been closing (instances about a week apart) and have not been able to get a sub. I know they are having trouble finding staff but this place has gone significantly down hill. Staff that are there acts like it is an inconvenience when a customer walks through the door."
"Actually so run down. Doesn't even take coupons because of how broke they are and can't afford to fix their fridge or simply get more sprite. Should be shut down and a small business should open so there's more diversity in the area"
"Some of the staff is ok, one of the sandwich artists is really pushy as if she’s too busy to want to make a decent sandwich. I’ve been here two times in two weeks now, and each time I come in the ingredients are not fresh. Wilted lettuce, tomatoes and spinach, bread is old and chewy. One of the worst subways I’ve been in."
"To bad they don't have an option for a zero star review, cause I would definitely give this place one. I will never return to this Subway, and I will tell everyone I know not to eat here either. This place is so disgusting. I watched some old lady that works there reuse a sauce container, like lady that's supposed to washed. My veggies were withered like they had been sitting out forever, my tomatoes were soggy nasty and had brown spots on them. My bread was stale. And I saw a bug crawling across the counter possibly a cockroach. Was going to try to take a picture but that bug was in a hurry to get out of there just like me. Even tried to feed my sub to my dog and it was so bad my dog wouldn't even eat it. That's bad. If you want a real Subway sub that's delicious and you and your dog can share go to the Subway in Harrisville."
"Very rude manager. I never get what I order. Every time I get a sub it’s always rolled up like a hotdog and squished. I had asked for 2 turkey bacon ranch subs, and I did not get ranch on either one. Cold and soggy when I got home. Declined both of my debit cards that had money on both accounts, then told me if I could not pay for my meal I could not have it, as it was already in my hands. Absolutely poor service"
