"DO NOT GO HERE! Dr. Hummel read my son’s X-ray incorrectly and misdiagnosed a broken thumb. Two X-rays taken weeks apart looked EXACTLY the same but the first time she said it wasn’t broken, the second time she said it was. After being misdiagnosed I took him to two specialists and both agreed the original X-ray clearly showed the break and looked the same in the second. This ruined my son’s treatment options. I have since heard MANY horror stories from many other people. Go somewhere else!"

"Been to see two different doctors here and both times were better than expected. Making an appointment can suck because you have to call the Cleveland Clinic appointment desk and they have the office call you back, but I highly recommend making making one. Plus they have multiple doctors in multiple offices, so they can get you an appointment as soon as the next day. Both doctors that saw me were amazing! Kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!"

"Do not go to this office(Stow location) it is an utter disaster to get timely/any treatment. Test requests are not submitted to insurance for approval in a timely fashion. I waited in serious pain for 2 months, with no actual treatment from the physician. I had to purchase my own brace at CVS because that wasn't even considered even after the doctor saw my knee was popping easily out of socket and swelling, numb, tingles, spasms, pain. I wasn't given anything here, no wrap, no brace, no crutches, no meds, NOTHING. I was rescheduled 3 times for an MRI because this office apparently waits to submit request until last minute, even though they press the issue that it takes 2 weeks to get approval. They changed my appointment without letting me know anything, until I call to see if the MRI was approved yet, since it was going on 3 times of no answer, constantly blaming my insurance for not sending communication, when in fact, THEY didn't communicate. I was lied to on a number of occasions regarding the insurance end. I was asked to call my insurance to say urgent for this test, even though I'm not in any position in the medical field to be able to do that, that is their job, but since I did call the insurance, I find it's not them, it's this docs office... Now I get they are busy, but almost 2 months later, nothing has actually been done to treat my injury. Calling in gets you nowhere, they flat out lied to me about the tests being ordered. But, they were able to muster up the effort to bill insurance on time for the doctor visit itself, for the non treatment I received. Do your research, find a different standard of care, clearly, this place doesn't. At all. I don't recommend wasting your time here. You will be lied to, treated with little to no actual treatment, and staff will act like they don't know you when they schedule a test, even tho they've sat with you 3 times to schedule things. Very condescending attitude. Big NOPE. Go somewhere else if you want to have any results. Bad or good results are better than what this office does."

"The office staff is rude, unprofessional, and not very knowledgeable about how insurance works. It took them almost an hour to verify a medicaid insurance number that is on file in the Cleveland Clinic system already."

"Do not go to this place. They give you an appointment and then close with out calling to reschedule or let you know that the office is closed. They didn't even put a note on the door. I had to hear from a neighboring office. Not a very professional place and I'm very ashamed of the Cleveland Clinic and Akron General."
