"Christopher Whitten was rude and unprofessional. He discreditted everything on my hearing test from my previous provider's office. Stating my hearing wasn't bad enough and that my previous provider didn't know what he was talking about because that doctor "doesn't fit hearing aids" I only came to this office because my insurance required me to use a certain provider. Absolute mistake! My husband and I ended up walking out because he refused to listen to us and anything we said. If I was able to give no stars I would. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"Christopher Whitten was rude and obnoxious. I explained, my fault we were late, he toss the $5,000 hearing aids. Said, “I was ready at 10! There set to go!” No, we need to reschedule? Sit and I’ll try and fit you in? Nothing! I will be returning the untouched product to him. He actually told me to look on Amazon for straps to hold hearing aids on glasses. Funny thing, Amazon sells self serve hearing aids for $249! Terrible, no correction, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
