"I purchased a stroller and car seat and they refused to accept the return quoting fine print in the purchase. They told me to contact the manufacturer, but the manufacturer told us to contact the retailer. Also, when I went with my family to return the stroller the store was not open, even though we were clearly within the posted store open hours and had to call the owner to even get someone to the store. This place is a total joke. Buy your stuff online."
"Store has some cute things. However, nothing extraordinary. It has poor stock for most items. Customer service is abysmal. Stuck up women woke here. I suppose if they are mostly trying to serve to stuck up people, they have to play the part. I have been in this store many time and bought a few things but the attitude is always the same. Not helpful and unfriendly. People enter and there is no greeting unless you are a white person. I do not recommend. You can buy the same things online or at a different store and get much better customer service."
"Cute little children boutique, with a curated selection of goods from other small retailers like Lily & River, Rylee & Cru, and more. A little expensive, but you would pay the same price online for those brands. High quality goods with sizes available from newborn to child’s size. Extremely wonderful customer service. I will definitely be back."
