"Blush is my favorite store in Chagrin Falls. The owner and staff are so welcoming. I find the collection of women’s clothes and gifts are unique with a great price point - it’s hard to stop in & not pick out something! Keep in mind it is a small, local shop and has a different exchange / return policy than other places. I’ve exchanged things before with no issue. I’ll be back again for the warm atmosphere and to check out what’s new!"
"On Saturday, 7/9/22, my mom stopped into the store to purchase a gift to me. She was told by the sales person that she would have 10 days to return items purchased. I had tried them on and although they were very nice, some did not fit. As a result, I went to return them the same day that they were purchased. The associate, very graciously told me that she did not know how to process a return, and advised me to come back the next day. I came back the next day and a different associate told me that she also did not know how to process a return and advised me to come back in when the owner had come back from vacation. The third time I came back when the owner was in, she did not want to give me full credit, she wanted to give me store credit and accused me of lying when I tried to explain to her that the associate from Saturday told my mom that we had 10 days to return. Will not be coming back."
