"This company took a year to provide me with a statement for their services. I even called their billing department, and was informed that they were changing billing companies and, "Not to worry, I will get one." I sent their billing an email requesting a patient ID number to pay for the services and it took weeks for them to get back to me. Now I've come to learn that they sent it to collections. This company is a joke."

"I have no idea where this bill came from, or why it went to collections when I never received a bill from them. Over $300 for something I don't even remember having over three years ago? Honestly I have to say this place might be a scam at this point."

"I have never attempted to update information with another company that went as poorly as it is going with this company. The QR code, which my husband and I have both tried multiple times, takes you to a site where it looks like you can update your info but -SURPRISE - it doesn't work! I faxed them to the correct number, received a fax verification, and then got a second notice 8 days later that they need correct info! My husband tried the website from a desktop computer. This man is an IT guy and he couldn't update info. I have spent hours on hold on multiple days, I am on hold again right now and he is on hold right now, and you never get to talk to anyone, even after making all the correct choices of all the numbers to hit, except for someone to say, "I'll connect you to billing" at which point you are either back to hitting numbers or listening to the hold noise. How do they expect to get correct insurance info to bill with this system?!?!?! 0 out of 10 stars, do not recommend Pathology Laboratories customer service. But their local people who do the blood draws are great."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I called when I got my first bill and gave them my insurance information that they didn’t have before and she told me insurance covered the whole amount. About a month and a half later I am sent another bill in the mail saying they will send me to collections. I called in again, the girl was very rude and said that they never made the claim with the insurance company and I will have to wait for my next bill to pay my balance. I shared my concerns of being sent to collections and she said it’s not the patients concern until after the insurance company gets back to them but I wouldn’t be surprised if they really did nothing. I will be calling in tomorrow, paying my full amount and I guess fight with them to get refunded what my insurance covers. I recommend everyone do the same otherwise it looks like they’d rather dock your credit."

"This company failed to send me the invoice for a $54 bill from services 3 years, they also failed to email or call me, so I didn't know I had an outstanding bill. In October they sent my bill to collections and hurt my credit. A few weeks ago I found out about the whole mess and promptly paid collections. Now my credit score is down and I can't reach the billing department of Pathology Laboratories after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes. Please avoid this company!"
