Getting Started:

- Location: Conveniently located at 689 East Ridge Road, our center is part of an extensive network of plasma donation centers across the nation.

- Walk-ins Welcome: While you can schedule an appointment for your convenience, walk-ins are also welcome.

- Compensation: We offer competitive compensation for both new and returning donors, making your contribution rewarding in more ways than one.

What to Expect:

- First Visit: Your initial visit will take approximately 1-2 hours, including a donor suitability screening, a brief educational video, a medical history review, and a health questionnaire.

- Return Visits: Subsequent donations will typically take less time. We recommend calling ahead to get an estimate of the best times to donate.

- Comfort and Convenience: Our plasma centers are equipped with Free WiFi and HD Televisions to help you pass the time. Feel free to bring books, tablets, magazines, and music players (with headphones).

Requirements:

- Identification: A current, valid photo ID, Social Security Card, and proof of current address (such as a piece of mail postmarked in the past 30 days or a current lease) are required.

- Age: Donors must be at least 18 years old.

- Military Personnel: Active military should provide the address where they receive mail and their physical address.

Health and Safety:

- Hydration and Nutrition: Drink 6-8 cups of water or juice the day before and the day of your donation. Eat protein-rich and iron-rich meals at least 3 hours prior to donating.

- FDA Guidelines: We adhere to all U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s guidelines, which permit two plasma donations within a seven-day period, with at least 48 hours in between.

- Spanish-Speaking Donors: Our centers welcome Spanish-speaking donors. Please confirm with your local center if they accept Spanish-speaking donors.
