"There was this really rude person at the cash register, i think her name was Deanna? She made me feel dumb when i was asking questions about the new drinks that just came out. I won’t be coming here again if this is the type of service i get for overpriced drinks."

"I used to love this location. All it takes is one new employee with a bad attitude to ruin everything. I normally visit this location every weekend and take my dog, Billie Holiday. Our routine is we walk in we order my brown sugar, oat milkshake, and espresso, and Billie gets a pup cup. The employees are normally very friendly and they know myself and my dog on a first name basis. Today we go in there none of the regulars that I normally see working are there I walk in with Billie Like we always do getting in line I didn’t even get a chance to order And the woman said you need to leave with your dog and I said excuse me she said you need to leave with your dog now I asked to speak to a manager they would not let me speak to a manager. I have never been treated with disrespect. Then the woman looked at her coworker and said can you believe that woman brought a pitbull in here? I’ve been visiting the store every weekend for A very long time I also normally stop 3 to 4 times a week on my way to work. I will never visit the store again because of the way I was treated today and because the kid working upfront would not let me speak to the manager I will be calling."

"Nice warm place to sit and enjoy tea and a pastry on Saturday morning. Baristas are very quick, kind, and friendly. Very good service."

"Love this location! All of the workers are so friendly and kind! Whenever I mobile order, they are always done on time and done well. They often run out of sandwiches so definitely check the app before you go in hope of a sandwich. There is a lovely view of the falls from the side windows and if you go when it’s not super busy, there’s many seating options."

"Beautiful location right beside the falls. The building itself has clearly been around for well over 100 years and suits the Starbucks design esthetic quite nicely. As a Starbucks, it's exactly as you'd expect. I ordered a cold brew coffee and the service was friendly and efficient. The story was pretty busy but the orders were filled pretty quickly. Recommended!"
