Panini's Bar & Grill

"Seated at dirty table at 2:30 PM on a Wednesday. Asked waitress to clean it off and was told it was “residue,” when in fact it was salt covering the table. Four people in restaurant. Three kitchen staff were staining around bar doing nothing. Waitress didn’t show up for ten minutes and served BAR patrons which walked in after me first, as she was constantly texting in her personal phone. Wings were like rubber which I sent back. Customer service was nonexistent. Still waiting… don’t come here!"

"Great fish tacos, good atmosphere. Decent customer service. Staff could learn to smile, instead of staring awkwardly; but out of all my travels: Northeast Ohio is probably the winner for the amount of social retards award. (I ask you to pardon the unchivalrous nature of that comment. It's nevertheless True.)"

"Attentive service and food came out hot and quick. Only major issue was the temperature, which was set far too cold. I am not generally cold so I assume it was pretty uncomfortable for others. We did arrive soon after opening so it is possible that the heating was not up to temperature yet."

"Stopped here for lunch on the weekend. I had a burger and my husband had the chicken club wrap, both with fries. The waitress was friendly and we received very good service. The food came out quickly and was hot and tasty. The restaurant was very clean (bathrooms too!). Has the typical sports bar atmosphere."

"Sports bar atmosphere when i was there with the Browns on all the TVs. If you order their signature panninis, know that the french fries are served in the sandwich. It is open face without condiments. The food was good quality but I'll try something else next visit."
