"We went to Ahuja as the hospital we planned to have our baby at was without power from the recent storms. We were nervous as we had never been there and would not be with the doctors we had worked with throughout the pregnancy. We were scared but as we arrived and met our first nurse Julia our minds were put at ease. The whole team, nurses, midwives, dr’s were incredible. Another wrench popped up as we had to have our baby delivered via unplanned c section. Despite these challenges we could not have been more well taken care of. Julia, Bryce, Kendall, Cris, Tanya, Tanisha, Grace, and everyone else we encountered, THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM I D OUR HEARTS."

"My husband was sent here after a visit to Solon UH Urgent Care. He was having severe leg pain, and they suspected a blood clot. We arrived at about 11am. After triage, he waited to see a nurse, who ordered an ultrasound and urinalysis.They did the ultrasound. Hours later, he asked if they knew how long until he would see a doctor and get care. He was told they were waiting on the urinalysis results. He told them his sample was still in the bin on the main desk right in the waiting area! No one had taken it to the lab for hours! Finally someone took the sample, hopefully to the lab, we don't know. No results posted. No communication with us. We are going on 8 hours in the waiting area, he is in severe pain, has not eaten anything, and has not received any care for the pain. We asked several nurses and the receptionist for help. No reply, no answers. We are planning to just leave this ER. We asked if his chart may have been misplaced, no reply from anyone. We have watched lots of other patients come in after us, get treated, and leave. We can't even get an answer as to whether they know he is still out here, in pain. Terrible care!"

"The nurses were fantastic and took very good care of me. I give them an A A A A+I was not happy with Dr. Kumar. He was just another Doctor who wouldn’t listen to me and gave me medication without telling me what it was for and what it would do. He also needs to work on his bedside manner. The cleaning staff, headed by Mildred, was very very good."

"At Ahuja with 84 year old mother since 2:30pm. It is now almost 10pm and we are now getting urine through a catheter. There is Dirt on the door, clock 1 hour behind, initially they put the stickers on her chest to monitor her heart and about an hour later I asked why the haven’t hooked it up to the monitor . It took me asking about it to have her get her heart monitored. The nurse didn’t place the “hat” properly to catch urine that we waited 4 hours for the patient to feel like she had to pee. And now 2.5 hours later they are going to get the pee through a catheter (which should have been done to begin with instead of having us wait 7.5 hours for her to pee!) IV was put in wrong or closed up and when medication needed to be put in the IV it wouldn’t go in and has to be redone. During this time I found a Cleveland Clinic primary so we can begin going to Hillcrest. Terrible experience"

"Been there many times myself because of an incurable illness, and have been there as a visitor as well. When I say this is the worst hospital I have ever been to, that is putting it lightly. No one there cares about their patients. People are left in the waiting room half dying with no care. It is absolutely unbelievable and disgusting and unacceptable. They should be put out of business immediately. NEVER go there for care. If I could have given them zero stars I would have. The nurses are also extremely rude, not all, but most. I could go on and on about my experiences but trust me when I say, stay far far away."
