I feel very comfortable sharing my ideas or concerns and know I will be heard. I also get the direction I need to grow as an employee. It honestly feels like we are a family here. Heartfelt provides dependable and excellent home care for the loved ones in your life when you need it the most. The president of the company is an extremely respectable and business-savvy woman who truly cares about the well-being of her company’s employees, and the vice president is very down- to-earth and is always striving to make it a fun and comfortable atmosphere to work in. The office staff are always there if an employee has a question or needs direction on something, making Heartfelt an excellent place to work!"

"Heartfelt has been a wonderful first job for me for the healthcare experience. I have never worked in home care or healthcare before and heartfelt as allowed me to dip my toes in home care as well as further my education into becoming a CNA. I have yet to take the tests to fully become a CNA but they have paid for my whole education to become one. (It’s scheduling times and dates for the test that has put a pause on my certificate not Heartfelt.) Heartfelt has also been very flexible with my schedule and days that I need to take off or just want to have off. Heartfelt is a wonderful first job to start with if you’re looking into going into the healthcare field."

"This was by far one of the worst places to work for as far as home health care is concerned. They will threaten your job if you don’t attend and pay for their school, then keep most of your last check and pay you minimum wage. Scott Teeter will then smirk in your face and hand you one of the million papers you signed upon higher saying without a two week notice they will take your check and pay you 7.25 an hour. He does NOT care about you or the client/child just keeping the insurance money. The women however were lovely and I hope the best for all of them. 10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend. Zero stars."
