"They came to my sons highschool today. Him and his GF were given the okay to donate, despite the numerous concerns I personally have about children donating, I still allowed it. When it came time for my son and his girlfriend to donate, their heart rates were too high. Instead of trying to calm them, they were met with rude, impatient jerks. These are children donating out of the goodness of their hearts. To have some Ahole lady walk by and yell "are you kidding me!?!" Bc my son changed his mind is ridiculous and rude, and they are lucky I wasn't present, bc she would have gotten an earful for being so nasty to a group of children trying to do good in their communities. Turned them off from the donation process completely. My son was able to to get his heart rate down but his gf was not. Both left without donating.. If you dont want to do your job, then don't. 0 out of 5 stars, and will be passing on the bedside manner of vitalant with other moms so everyone knows what kind of treatment our children will be met with. Unreal!"
