"Months ago I would’ve gave this place 5 stars but now you can tell it’s no different than any other plasma center. They incorporated the appointment system which can be in your favor, but you gotta be on top of it. With that being said you would think with the appointment system this place would t get packed like a can of sardines, and finding yourself in here for 2+hrs. That isn’t the case tho. I also can’t count the numerous times I’ve sat in the donor chair waiting 15+ minutes to get a needle removed from my arm, while there are several employees just walking around and or just talking"

"Once again the wait here is ridiculous. We're trying to do something good for people and the whole process took well over 2 hours! It seemed like the staffing was okay but there were so many new donors! Why does the website over schedule like this? There were well over 25 people in line and only one tech doing vitals! Three other techs were working with new donors. This really needs to be addressed or donors will not recommend Bio and/or may start going elsewhere."

"Everyone has been so nice and helpful. This is my first time ever donating and I will definitely be back."

"I've donated a few places before and this was, by far, THE best place I've been. Every staff member was kind and courteous and made me feel like they were happy I was there! And since they only allow so many donors per time slot, the lines only had a handful of people in them... Rather than being lined up out the door. Such an enjoyable experience!"

"Terrible 1st impression but much better afterwards. Upon my 1st visit I arrived 15 early for 5:30p appt. Waited 10min for someone to acknowledge me then seated in middle of the donation center for an hour and a half. At 7p closing time finally able to have my vitals checked then walked to a computer to answer questions. At 8:05p ready for a nurse but still 8 people ahead of me. At that point a clerk came over and informed us that the nurse and donate line was about 2hrs and offered us $10 to leave and we would also get an additional $20 for next 2 donations. I reluctantly took them up on the offer. I refused to stay there until 10p, 3 hours after closing time! I should say the center was moderately busy during the duration of my visit but nobody moved with any sense of urgency, especially the nurse. UPDATE: I’ve donated twice since my first visit and the process has been great. Once through the initial qualification hurdles the donation process is quick and frictionless. I’ve changed my 1 star review to 3. If not for the disaster I ran into on my first encounter I’d rate BioLife 5 Stars"
