"I go there, I try to donate every 6 weeks or so because my mother once had a blood transfusion and the blood donation I assume came from there. I wanted to give back. I only wish I could do something for the animal shelters as well here in Erie,PA."
"Really nice employees. I delivered food for them, they chose to have it left outside when they ordered, then came out to my car and yelled in my face for not bringing it to them anyway. Also didn't tip. Brightened my day, would recommend. Do come here though, more people need to donate blood!"
"The staff here are always friendly and knowledgable. I try to donate when I can to help others! And thr snacks are the best, and sometimes you get a reward for participating, such as a gift card or a voucher for a local event! Thank you!"
"I will NEVER donate blood with them again. The phlebotomist had an attitude when I asked her to change her gloves before touching me, my tubing & needle. Their signs saying we donors health don't matter and they only have wear gloves to protect themselves & don't have to change them between clients is down right DISGUSTING & should be ILLEGAL!!! Avoid this place. Their saying our health is not worth a .10 cent pair of gloves when they make hundreds of dollars off of each pint of our blood we give them for free in DISGUSTING!!!!"
