She really went above and beyond in an effort to help her acclimate to her new hearing aids, even going so far as to record a video on my mom's phone of how to put them in and offering to make a house visit if she ever needed assistance while she was learning. "I’ve been a patient of Dr. Patricia Stofiel in Twinsburg Ohio for 2 years now. The Twinsburg staff included a great reception as soon you walk in. They are very astute to your needs. On my first visit, Dr. Stofiel, she reviewed my test results and did a complete ear exam. She had multiple hearing aid solutions and was open and honest of the benefits of each. I’ve had my hearing aids for over 2 year now and they work great. Each time I go in for an exam, she is extremely thorough. She will in updates the hearing aid as needed. If I had any complaints, I have to say that I now hear my wife better! A lot less “what did you say”?"
