"I had an appointment on 7/16/24 and it was overall an average experience. First, my Dr. was okay. She was pretty quick to dismiss my questions with quick answers as if I was a burden to her. But I was more troubled, when I found myself standing in line to get my contacts ordered, and noticed a man talking down to his employee, unsympathetic, she was very clearly busy and overwhelmed, and instead of helping her with kindness, I thought he could have been more professional and waited and pulled her aside to help her. I was glad I talked to her about the confrontation, as she was extremely thankful for me comforting her, and quelling her anxieties at the time. Dr. Warn (I believe), owes her an apology in my personal opinion. But I got got my contacts delivered within 3 days which was definitely a positive."
