"Same experience as other users. Received and paid my bill in July 2022, and am still receiving statements for the bill. I called them and they said they'd look into it, but the bills keep coming and now I received a letter saying my account will be sent to collections. Will be writing a review on the Better Business Bureau site also to bring more attention to this company that tries to ruin people's credit."

"Same as others here, I've had multiple issues over the past couple years because my dermatologist uses them. Got one bill from them but their system (and including the QR code option) when you go to pay for it says you owe zero. No one answers their phone, ever, so there is no way to verify if you owe anything or if your insurance has actually paid for it and its an error. Now they have sent me to collections with zero notice, I found out because I was notified by my bank that I have a ding on my credit report because of this... over a less than hundred dollar bill that I was happy to pay if their garbage billing systems actually worked. Tell your dermatologist to not send any work to this place."

"Billing nightmare...first time I have been sent to collections due to their unwillingness to upgrade their systems. Tried billing a random insurance company which didn't pay (surprise!) and then when we saw the first overdue notice we used the website to update to the correct insurance company (in June). Then at the end of October we get a collections notice which prompted me to call them at which point the friendly customer service rep told me that their website does not work and you need to call...unfortunately this was not listed on the website (attempt to fake it til they make it maybe?!). So then our insurance company pays it within 2 weeks after it was sent to them. But then our 2021 present was this still not showing as paid and it is a delinquent account on our credit report... So now we have to prescreen dermatologists to make sure they don't work with these clowns!!"

"My dermatologist sent my sample to this lab. I promptly paid the bill of $59.41 in April 2019 and in August 2019 I received a collections letter. I called and explained that it was paid, gave them the date paid and information I received from my bank. I was told they would research it and let me know their determination on whether I still owed or not. I'm still waiting."

"I didn't choose CSP, they were chosen by my dermatologist. However, because of my experience and the obvious similarities of other Google Reviews, I have let my dermatologist know that I will seek another doctor if they continue to use this lab. My promptly paid bill somehow ended up in collections and CSP transferred the responsible party without any authorization. When I received the adjusted bill showing the patient portion, I paid it. The payment showed it was successfully processed within 7 days of the original statement date. Two months later I received a statement from a collection agency. CSP confirmed they showed a zero balance as of the date it was actually paid and they had no explanation why it would have been forwarded to collections. Furthermore, without any authorization, they chose to transfer the legal responsible party to another individual. Before agreeing to any lab work from any of my doctors, I will certainly verify that they will not be using Cleveland Skin Pathology."
