"The appointment process is actually miserable. I truly don’t think this practice cares even a little bit about their patients. The physicians assistant completely disregarded my symptoms i was explaining then to him. When I went in for my second scope, I told the doctor I am having a bad side effect from this medication that only started happening when they increased my dose. He told me the side effect I was explaining was very rare and couldn’t be happening to me and he told me I need to see a neurologist. For symptoms I have never had before and only started when the dose of medication was increased. I feel like my concerns are pushed to the side. Nothing is explained to me after a procedure.I genuinely feel like coming here was a waste of time and thousands of dollars. There has to be better care than what I was given here."
