"I was at Akron General Stow to get my labs drawn. It was a busy Saturday morning. I am expecting to wait. I waited 1.5 hrs patiently for lab work. The lady at the desk named Kelly helped me. After waiting 1 hour and 30 mins I asked her how I could avoiding waiting this long she replied , "don't get me. I've been working here 16 years and do not know how to enter outside lab orders." So I asked is this an educational problem do you need more training? She replies "I don't know. I said I was sorry." She could have asked someone else for help. Now it's been a total of 1 hr and 45 mins and I am still waiting. SO eventually the lab tech calls me back. She was very nice and apologetic. The moral of the story according to Kelly "don't get her"."
"This lab hours are supposed to be until 5:30, but for some reason they closed at 4:30 today. People rely on these hours when scheduling work and sitters. Please be considerate of our time as you ask us to be of yours."
