"Called ahead at least 3 times despite getting the reminder email to show up for my appointment. Major power outages in the area so I didn't want to waste the trip. No messages on the phone and ZERO ability to speak to a human. I was either rerouted to the same automatic message (indicating nothing about the outage) or hung up on. So I assumed all was well and showed up on time for my appointment. Closed. Will never go back. All it took was an auto message indicating they were closed, or an email to the same effect. Instead I made the effort to check in on my own and was blocked by the attrocious automated system with no access to real humans. Note: This is not on the front line staff. This is on the completely incompetent management. There are many other lab operations. I'd recommend any of those. Time and money wasted on the part of customers are not a consideration here."
"Staff was nice, waited over an hour for service, company/online system is a total joke! Cannot get a hold of anyone. Paid $140 for a test with a 2 day turn around and it’s been 3 weeks now with no results. Emailed help center/started a support ticket with no results there either. Went elsewhere to get necessary test. Will be disputing this with my bank."

"The older blonde phlebotomist told me to redeem my $40 Groupon and so I did, then she never could figure out the service for me. I never got my money back. Drawing blood is not hard. I was a phlebotomist for 9 years."
