Nobody judges you when you’re going there for anything. If you go there and there’s a whole bunch of people just understand that they’re trying to get to you as fast as they can."

"I do not understand the negative reviews! I just went to this location the other day and the entire staff was incredible. Check in process was easy, I was seen within 5 minutes. Everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable. I was quite nervous heading into my appointment, but everyone was so kind and informative. Immediately felt relief and cared for. Do not pass this place up!"

"Utterly unacceptable customer service. Google and their own website show them located inside a Walgreens. After waiting 10min to talk to someone who works there to help me figure out where I was going for my appointment, the girl on the other line was unable to speak clearly into the phone and seemed entirely unfazed by the fact that people don’t know how to get to the office so that they can have medical care. She made it seem like there was something wrong with me that I didn’t understand. She actually hung up the phone without saying anything after I told her thank you, even though she barely helped me. Immediately canceled my appointment. Why on earth would I allow you to take care of me if you’re gonna treat me like this upfront?"

"They were so inviting and made it so easy for me to get my implant taken out. I was experiencing pain and numbness from my implant after a few years of having it and I didn’t even feel them numb me or taking it out. The nurses were so nice and talkative. Best place I’ve ever been for something that was so uncomfortable! 10/10 experience for me. Thank you!!!"

I never wait long, the staff is not only friendly, but they genuinely listen to any concerns I have and are always ready to respond with their own experiences or experiences of people they know. Since the services are so affordable, I encourage everyone, if able, to donate even $5 or $10 when there because what they offer is so important."
