"Every time I go to this business it takes forever to get just a plain coffee. The employees are all talking and laughing behind the window. Yesterday I was given a cup of lukewarm milk. Seriously! I don't think a drop of coffee was in the cup."

"Went here for the first time today to get a birthday drink. I ordered 3 drinks. The first drink seemed to be made correctly, but the other 2 were absolutely horrible. I ordered 2 ventis. When they gave us the first one, it was a grande and we had to tell them it was supposed to be a venti. They claimed to remake it, but there was not enough time between when they took it and when they gave it back. The 3rd one, they gave us a venti, but you could tell they rushed it. The vanilla/mocha frappe was made correctly. The mocha frappe was the one that was originally given to us a a grande. The nondairy salted caramel cookie matcha (blended) was the 3rd. The mocha one had a flavor, but it had a lot of extra blended ice. The nondairy one was literally only matcha, there was no salted caramel and no cinnamon crumbles. I'm honestly not even sure I want to drink them because I don't know if I can trust that they were all truly nondairy. A waste of $20 and a horrible birthday experience! Also, I already contacted customer service on the 'Contact Us' page but since I used my personal card and not a Starbucks Rewards card, they couldn't help me."

"I've been coming to this store since opening, and it's always a delightful experience. The baristas are incredibly pleasant, greeting me with a smile and even remembering my name and my usual drink. The coffee is consistently good, and on the days I treat myself to breakfast or a pastry, it's always fresh and delicious. The baristas also remember little details about me and ask about them, which makes the experience feel very personal and welcoming. The energy and vibes here are always on point. Highly recommend!"

"Picking up a mobile order and the Cafe is closed, meaning drive through only. I don't drive, I'm not walking through the drive through. There was no notification of this when placing the order, otherwise I wouldn't have placed it. It's a new store, you would think they would be better prepared. They can't even be bothered to answer a knock at the door or a phone call."

"The past 4 times I’ve been here my coffees have been watered down, not sweet and flavorless.. I so wanted to love this place because it’s right down the street from me. The staff needs to be trained on how to properly make drinks. Sad to say it, but 7 Brew has it beat!"
