"Why does this place deserve a 1 star or no stars at all. I shopped for a bridal gown in 2021 granted I did pymts and it took longer than it should. Yes, they helped me to a certain extent BUT towards the end it was paid off. I did ask "can I get my final fitting?!" and the owner said on text "You should be fine and it's all ready to go." Well came the ceremony and I could not get into my gown but she had the decency to say "come by and let me fix it" AFTER we canceled the whole thing. Yes, I brought her to court but lost. What I paid for that gown, she should have given me another selection or idea then blowing off $1200 plus alterations. She may be sweet from the outside but be careful when she does something when you least expect it."
"Trudy went above & beyond for me and my group! She really listened to what I liked versus didn't like. As we tried on more, she brought in some of her suggestions and they were fantastic & spot on for what I wanted. Truly explained that she is the designer, seamstress, consultant, owner. She does it ALL and it shows. She is so knowledgeable and can tell you what alterations are possible or not. I highly recommend this store!"

They are extremely knowledgeable and make the whole process a little less overwhelming. Even though I did not leave with a dress I fell in love with, I will absolutely be back!"
"This was truly a awesome experience for me! My first time trying on dresses and Trudy and her associate made my experience the best! Trudy was very focused on my likes and dislikes and guided me along the way with each dress try on. Definitely would recommend anyone to buy their wedding dress from TLC Bridal! I can’t express how much fun me and my bridesmaids and my lovely daughter who is also my Maid of Honor had! Again thanks Trudy for all your guidance today, and making my Say yes to the dress!
