"MARVIN IS THE MAN!! I had multiple issues with getting a very important package sent to me from Canada and have been eyeing the tracking details for weeks and finally decided to give usps a call. Marvin was so helpful over the phone and heard my cries for help and was able to not only track the package for me but was able to let me know if and when it may arrive and literally saved the day with all his help and info!!!! If you need something done find trust Marvin!"

"The customer service here is terrible. 1. A couple months ago I had a theft issue, I tried to convey this to the local manager who clearly didn’t seem interested in my concern. She said she would get back to me in a couple of days, took down my phone number and email. I never heard from her again. 2. I recently went to the front counter to get package that arrived earlier today. Immediately Julie told me that she is unable to get my package. She didn’t even make an attempt. Fake it at least. Then when I asked questions about why she was unable to retrieve it for me, she started to raise her tone a bit and be more stern with me in front on 10 customers, and said “what do you want me to do about it, look at what I have to deal with” as she pointed to the line of customers. These interactions are consistent for me at this post office. There’s a reason why they have 2.5 star rating."

"Had a rude experience with William. All the other employees there are great folks. We’ve had more snow in the last 6 days than anyone so deliveries aren’t happening. Anyway no big deal, You go into the post office to pick up your packages, had the tracking number (which stated “ may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice beginning January 25, 2024 “ ) ID ready to go and he proceeded to tell me because it was on a snow delay it was a federal offense to go grab it. Which is not what the federal post says. Done this 4 times in the last week and a half and every other employee goes in the back to grab it? Am I missing something or is this guy just a lazy ? I’ve never received the run around from anyone there, as all others there are great."

"Routinely report "out for delivery" but then don't deliver until 1 to 3 days later. Report "delivery made" when the deliver was not made. Claim that the address was "incomplete" when I can clearly see on the tracking number webpage that it is. Bend or otherwise fold parcels that are clearly marked "DO NOT FOLD". Complaints made to the supervisory staff are summarily ignored."

"I've never really had a good experience with this post office as far as mail delivery goes. The people in the office are great in person, my only complaint there is no one ever answers the phone, but they are always busy, so how could they wait on customers and answer a phone? They really need someone specifically for secretarial type duties. Now, package delivery is always hit and miss. I live in an apartment, outside access, and seem to get a lot of notices saying the access is unaccessable. Is that because the driver didn't want to exit the vehicle and walk to the porch? This package was supposed to be delivered the next day, but, here we are, 4 days later and we're still waiting, and of course no one answers the phone. I wish all companies offered options of UPS and FedEx as alternative shipping methods. And the USPS wonders why they are going broke!!"
