"Came in two weeks ago for a stylist and she did my hair great, I had lowlights put in. I went in earlier this week for a last minute haircut before a trip and my hair got totally botched. It looked deceiving when leaving the salon but after washing it at home I could see the thick and chunky layers that were put in that look absolutely nowhere near what I showed her. It’s also completely disconnected from the bottom 1/3 of my hair. During the wash the stylist was also pretty aggressive with getting the shampoo/conditioner on my hair and got it all over my forehead neck and ears. They shoved the towels used to wrap my hair into my hairs and scrape across my skin to dry me off. I will be going back for the stylist who did my lowlights and maybe she can help me even out what is now a train wreck of a hair cut."
"The last two times we have gone in for our appointments, we weren't even acknowledge for over 5 minutes. There were people around, yet no one even bothered to make eye contact, ask if we had an appointment or if we had been helped. Once we finally went back, the girl who was helping us kept pushing me to get my eyebrows tinted. Something I have no interest in. I don't think clients should be suggested services if they don't ask about them. Insinuating that you can make something "better" about a client, especially if they don't ask for that information is bad business. Two bad experiences is enough. We will not be going back."
