"Trust the reviews of this place because they do not lie! This was my first time trying this service (and waxing in general), and April made it a wonderful experience. She is flexible, communicative, thorough, professional, and most of all kind. I can tell that she is consistent with her work because just as other reviews say; I was given slippers to wear instead of my outdoor shoes in the building, the room where I received my wax had clean disposable sheets, and I was given a mint which was a plus. As for the waxing itself, she made sure it was as painless as possible. I expected it to hurt more but it was only a sting and she offered me breaks if needed. Considering this was my first ever wax, I deeply appreciated it. She helped distract me from the pain and anxiety of it by talking to me throughout the whole thing. I also love that I was given aftercare instructions and small samples of exfoliators and moisturizers to use. Even though I unfortunately booked last minute, April was understanding. I was very lucky to be able to get a same day appointment. I will definitely be coming back to her the next opportunity that arises."
