"Great place to get your lashes done IF you can get them to see you. Constant appointment cancellations by Kirsten with very short notices and no attempts (save once by Sarah) to reschedule. As someone who is out of town a lot, it is imperative for me to make an appointment and know I can count on them since I could very well be getting on a plane the next day. Am super disappointed in the business practices here because I did truly enjoy my lashes when I had them filled. But after being canceled on yet again for the third time and then no responses to my attempts at rescheduling, I had to finally give up. Good luck to anyone that is able to continue as a customer. To others, be warned to have a backup handy."
