"Beware of this place! Not professional at all. I had an appointment for 1000 On December 22, 2020 booked about a week in advance. I confirmed the appointment a couple days before the appointment. I show up at the 1000 and waited for 45 mins. No personal number to contact and no one showed up. Tried the only number for the business several times! Also resulted to email. No answer. I left and came back at 1108 and waited a little longer because even though Cassie was late I still wanted and needed my lashes done! Still not here. She finally “turned her work phone on” as she said and got in contact with her at 1115. She explained that her assistant did not contact me and let me know she was not accepting new clients. But I booked a 2 Week Hybrid full set ( if you plan on becoming a new client). She said that her assistant (who is trash) should of contacted me and told me that they were not accepting new clients, even though it stated for this particular service said if I wanted to become a new client, which didn’t happen. Unacceptable! Waste of time! I needed my lashes done and if it was not going to happen I should of been notified. Do not!! I repeat do not book here!!!"
