"Added an extra star just because they ended up working me in later into a same-day appointment, but I was honestly so disappointed with the service. I called ahead of time to see if they could fit me in and was told it was fine, but when I got there, I was greeted with disdain and one of the workers looked at their watch and scoffed as I walked in. I assured them that I wasn’t high maintenance and that they could just do the bare minimum, but what I got was a severely botched pedi and bad/unsanitary treatment. I ended up just assuming they were having a bad day and tried to give them another chance. This time I walked in trying to get 4 nails soaked off from the last place I went to that couldn’t work me in before I left town, and they very understandably couldn’t work me in at that moment, but again… they made me feel like I was a burden. I wouldn’t give them my business again."

"I recently visited capital hair& Nail Salon hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, I was left incredibly disappointed. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the level of service provided was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the nail technician who worked on my nails displayed a complete lack of professionalism and rudeness throughout the entire session. Their behavior was dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and unimportant as a customer. Not only did they fail to listen to my preferences, but they also rushed through the process without paying attention to detail. Moreover, the quality of the work done on my nails was extremely poor. The polish was unevenly applied, resulting in a messy and unappealing appearance. Additionally, I noticed smudges and smears on several nails, which clearly indicated a lack of attention and care. Given the disappointing experience I had at capital hair & Nail Salon, I cannot recommend this establishment to others. The unprofessional and rude behavior of the nail technician, combined with the subpar quality of the nail service and the lackluster ambiance, made for an unpleasant visit. I hope the management takes note of these issues and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future customers."
